Stacey Plaskett is a U.S. Virgin Islands delegate to Congress, having served as the non-voting Delegate for the USVI since 2015. She is a member of the House Ways and Means Committee and the House Budget Committee — the first territorial delegate to hold seats on both simultaneously. A St. Croix native, Plaskett previously served as a federal prosecutor and held roles in government law.
